mods email not working

a fellow forum member and myself are trying to email the mods to get a user validated and keep getting the following fail to send.

If you read the return message, it's only one of the mods emails that is bouncing back. The rest of us are still getting the emails through. :)

If you work in IT you would then probably realise that if you email the mods at the mods address that those emails are probably auto forwarded to all the mods personal email addresses. hehe
