I just had installed in my vy series 2 calais V8 new FE2 front struts,FE2 front springs, top strut bearing &top strut rubber mount. The problem is now it sit higher than when it had std suspension in it .After checking with the holden dealer if i was given the corect items which i did get, it leads me to beleive that after 5 years /90000km that the std springs had sagged aprox 2".I bought the FE2 items to lower the car not to raise it .It looks like it is at a stock std ride height.Has anyone else had a problem with sagging springs

Yep. My Monaro springs had sagged 20mm all round except for the front right which had sagged 30mm in 50,000kms. Aparently this is pretty typical. On the bright side, I am asured that the new front springs I put in will sag 20mm in the first 10,000kms so the car will look like all other Monaros soon enough.

Had very little to do with your springs/struts. The top rubber strut mount you replaced sags about 15-20mm after about 30,000-40000k of driving making it look lower. They will sag again after some driving.
