Does anyone know where i can rent a Car Trailer from
i need to move a car to one place to another
im located in St Albans West Suburbs of Melbourne

Quite often it is cheaper as well as safer to get a tow truck to do it for you.
(They have their own insurance to cover your car also!)
I would have a look in the Yellow Pages and make a couple of calls.
In Adelaide I pay $38.50 (trade) for a local tow.
I have looked at hiring car trailers and most of them charge around $65.00 per day and you have to do the work and pay for fuel.
Tow Truck is a much better option in my opinion! :)
