Bike Rego labels - NT's Great idea

Howdy fellow grip twisters, i was out and about the otherday and came across this.
Why don't all the states adopt this idea? (if they don't already)
I have been pinged $70 in the past for not having it attached...
Do other states have something similar to this already in effect?

Other states have more numbers/letters, adding that little extra for the rego stamp would make them too big? I lnow I couldn't a bigger plate between the pipes of my Monster.
