Black wheels, 19" 20", chrome lip, no studs, who makes them? -

I have been searching for nice 19" and 20" black wheels with a chrome lip and no studs but am having a lot of difficulty. If anyone knows of any aftermarket makes like I am looking for could they let me know details and add a photo also if possible?
