Well, I had great news last week

Car was in getting 3000k and I had complained that there was a white stain (yeah come on laugh it up) on the roof lining from the time I bought it. It was at the corner of the sunroof.

Anyway, pick up the car and they say yeah we cleaned it. I thought OK, if that's all, then no probs. Driving home, it didn't appear to be there but the next day, certain angle of sun caught it and it was there plain as day.

So, take the car back and the warranty manager had a look. They have agreed there is a problem and suspect there is a sunroof problem (I had complained about it rattling) and was leaking water. So they have agreed to replace the hood lining and fix (or replace) the sunroof.

I am very concerned that the lining is not going to go back in anywhere nearly as nicely as it did out of the factory. So, do I put up with and at least get the sunroof fitted or make them do the whole lot

Roof linings are generally pretty easy to R&R, esp with a brand new unit.
They would have to remove your windscreen though to get it in and out. But again nothing really out of the ordinary.

I would not have laughed if you didn't put the word 'come' after you wrote 'white stain'
