EDIT - Pics work now.
Hi,

I finally got Pricing Sizes and Tyres sorted . So now its just down to which out of these 2 mags im going to buy. Both are Zenetti S42's 20x8.5.

Only Choice left is Chrome or the Machine Black .

Pics below and a VERY dodgy job of me Copying pasting the Chrome 1's onto the car. ( its terrible but gives u a good idea, reckon it looks sweet as. )

Choice 1 - Zenetti S42 20" in Shadow Chrome

Yea they do look Pretty nice, hard to say without seeing them on any monaro before tho. Think they might not fit without hassels because thier 20x9.5 ?

are you sure they're shadow chrome??

they look polished with black inserts, shadow chrome is usually a much darker colour than the pictures show.

Personally i don't like either. But thats just me, go with the one you like best, otherwise ask ur missus.

Quite a few people only go 20 x 8 all round to avoid clearance issues with the 20 x 9.5 rears.

And most people just get the VE GTS Replicas which are 20x8 all round with 225-35-20 tyres to fit on VB-VZ.

don't know about 20s but 19x9.5s will fit if you get the guards rolled and they fit really nicely

Ah wiked so the replicas are 20x8 . Very nice. I was gonna go with the 245/30/20 Nankang's since they have a 95load rating. And they are only around .3" bigger then my 18" standards. And only have 9mm bigger Diam so should almost fit without guard rolling.

If anyone finds a pick of the GTS Replicas on a Monaro plz post , could be a good option if thier affordable.

Hi mate,

Be careful which Replicas you buy if your buying online as some are 20x8 all round but the staggered versions (20x8 * 20x9.5") are available as Replicas too which is what "Grommz" put on his VE SS.

Don't get the staggered versions, as the offset of the rears 9.5" wont fit on anything PRE-VE.

The 20x8 Replicas have a +45P offset so they will fit nice, but most people go with 225 tyres to eliminate any scrubbing issues.
If you PM a guy on here with the user name "[Mitch]" he has the VE GTS replicas on his VZ Clubsport with 245/30/20 tyres, load rated correctly but he is also running TEIN coilovers which is why I think he doesn't have any issues with scrubbing.

I'm thinking of getting the GTS Replicas with 225 Nexen N3000 tyres for my car but unsure how reliable the rims are, as a lot of the Replicas/Copies crack from the hubs and spokes when they are driven over pot holes. Although a lot of people are buying these rims now so, I don't think they could be that bad. Also the Replicas can be had for $2160 with Nexen N3000 tyres "225's" which is a pretty good price, including 12 month's structural warranty.

As for suiting the car, they definitely do checkout the pic below.

Holy crap....... They looks absolutely INSANE ! God dam , just when i thought i had a set of mags i thought looked good ... These are unreal !.

Looks like i better start having a look around for pricing for them. Ill update with what i find.

Oh and btw Hercules, if possible may you link me to where they are only 2160 wif those Nexen tyres please. Thanks alot for the info 2 btw.

EDIT - only issue with those NEXEN 300 225/35/20 's are thier only 90Y Load rating. Ill keep looking at some more tyres.

245/30/20 is what Holden put on their Supersport 20x8 rims.

All 245 tyres are 9.6inces in width

245 divided by 25.4 = 9.645 inches
the 30 stands for the size of the sidewall as a percentage of the width of the tyre

245 divided by 30% = 73.5mm wich is 2.89 inches

And the 20 is obviously the diametre of the tyre

ahaha lol . now i feel silly. So that means basically a 20x8.5" Rim will fit into it easily ?

Thanks ! i got corrected in another Thread for that aswell. I always thought they come in specific Widths . To suit exactly 8.0" or 8.5" . So wrong lol.

Thanks.
