People from Wollongong - where do you get your services done?

as the title states, i am wondering where my fellow holden owners get their cars serviced

for those who do not know, my car is a VE V6 - omega
it currently gets serviced at gateway - not keen on returning

i am also asking for my father, who owns a VE Senator Signature - he doesnt want holden apprentices going for little joyrides in his baby

i just need somewhere preferably with tech2, does good work, and doesnt charge the earth to do so (may be too much too ask i fear!)

i know some people will read this and say "take it to a forum sponsor"
yes, the thought crossed my mind - but as a uni student who holds down 4 jobs, i do not always have time to venture to sydney
and i also know that some places are weary of giving a courtesy car to a 19yr old bloke on his green p's
understandable, but makes it that bit harder....

best case scenario:
there is a good place here in the gong, with tech2, good workers, good price, and willing to give me a car so i can attend uni and finish my car in an acceptable amount of time

of course i probably wont have it all, but i hope so!

please help

I take my VT to these guys in Figtree..
I forgot the name but they have been there forever, opposite from Chikos, next to the tire shop.( gotta go to the around about after chickos and turn back and then left to get in the driveway)

I think its called something like Newman repairs or so..
You can arrange time and guys are pretty down to earth..

I'm pretty happy with general work they do but I haven't got anything major done .Give'em a ring an see how you go..

I used to drop the car before work, get a lift with mate and pick it up after work..

Yep KON AND CHRIS run the mechanical side of things and NICK owns the panel shop next door, really good blokes highly recommended:)
