Z grip will hold more power. I have the X grip in my current TT setup (approx 390rwkw) and it handles it without any problems.

Xgrip will handle it but Zgrip will take more, I just got a Zgrip and love it to death, takes everything i throw at it and it is easy to drive stop start around town aswell :D
