I have just purchased a 2008 Caprice it states Full Sat NAv not available my question if anyone Know is it a CD/DVDload or do they need to pull the dash apart to install the unit

CD should have come with it?

Dealer should have commissioned that for you

If you havn't, check your glovebox, thats where the Sat Nav CD is. But im sure youve looked in there so..go back to ya dealer.
