View Full Version : VZ Clubsport Ferodo Excel front pads for sale

Anyone want to buy a set of front disk pads for a VZ Clubsport? I bought them and put them aside to fit when my pads were done but I traded my VZ a month ago and still hadn't fitted them.

They are Ferodo Excel part number FDBAO53XL. $35 plus $10 postage unless you live in Melbourne and want to pick them up.

Bugger, wish I knew but I doubt it. The VZ I had was fitted with red HSV callipers that looked more like stock Holden callipers. Doesn't the R8 come with premium callipers and rotors? I think the VY R8 has callipers that look more like the AP or Brembos but I'm only guessing.

Yeah mine are red 4 pot HSV calipers. The pads have an arrow cut out, heading from the top of the pads towards the middle, do yours have this??

This is the shape of the calipers that the pads fit (both sets of calipers are 4 spot)

This is the shape of the calipers that I think are on your R8 and they won't fit if you have these.

If yours are the calipers in the top image than they will be OK but as I said earlier I think the R8 has AP style calipers in the bottom image.
