exhaust tip hanging too low

just realised recently that my exhaust tips were hanging a bit low, thinking it might be the aging exhaust hanging rubber i got some new ones yesterday its a bit better but still not totally satisfied, what is can i do to fix it cheers.

Hey mate. You'll have to start bending the hangers :)

Or of course cut and re-weld them...

are they rivets into the tips? O_o

Just bend the hangers downwards and towards yourself a bit and i think it should be right. did you back into something?

they were hsv tips so a bit too long for vy ss bumper so i cut them down and riveted them back on. and i didnt back into anything why you ask?

they look a bit scratched/scuffed at the bottom like they've dug into something, my mate has backed over a gutter in a carpark and dug them into a high mound of dirt and bent the tips + hangers .. twice
