Any panel shop can do it no difference to painting a panel on a car, just rub it back hit it in what ever colour you want then bake it, All done brother haha:goodjob:

Exactly right, talk to your local panel shop. I got mine done by R & M Auto's in Hornsby on the North Shore ... they ridiculously busy though and I can guarantee there would be a few months wait to get them done.
Any good panel shop should do a great job.

I hit you up with a reply to your PM mate..
$75 a wheel my GTS's cost me to get in 2pac Black with clear + Baked.
Also make sure you get a decent tyre shop to put your tyres on.. the place i went to had all 4 guys carefully doing 1 wheel at a time on mine :)

Getting the red pin stripe on it is the hardest part.
BTW, Gloss black doesn't look as good as Satin Black.
I have Gloss Red "Time Attack" Stripe with Satin Black.
Looks great.

Excellent advice ... even more important than the place that paints them IMO.
The tyres reverse mount on these rims, which means the rim has to lie face down on the machine. The place I used did the same thing as Grommz, 4 guys making sure the wheels didn't move ... they are ridiculously easy to scratch when mounting the tyre if it's not done carefully.
Make a big deal about it ... it's worth it.

Very nice!
I'm about to get mine painted but i'm undecided whether to go gloss black or a graphite/charcoal grey like NickS has in his VE.

Hrms... here is a close up of the job they did for me. This job is now 2 days old. Not to mention all the burnt rubber smudges I had to clean off the 2 week old white body panels myself after the job was done. I fortunately didnt pay the asking price of $200 for the job. Im hoping they didnt waste 2 bottles of whiteout in the making of this film...GFFFFG.
Oh and I asked for Red in the first place lol. Should have just brought a DIY kit and wore a blindfold.

that whitewall job is shocking, th guy who used to do mine, used to linish th tyre edge so that there was a smooth finish on the edge of the tyre before he added the paint, he had a roller which went under the tyre and spun it around and used a paint tube witn a stel whel in the end and just tuched the tyre while it spun, then he would do a second coat, all for $25 per tyre, mine would last a few months as a daily driver.
