I'm trying to get hold of a Comp Cam sticker to put on the rear window of the VE. Any ideas where I can get one?

Down here back in the days when there was drag racing there was a sticker you could get - some of the tougher Qs n stuff had - "MALAKIA CAMS" :bow:

It was a pretty silly question mate, considering you already have a cam. If a sticker didn't come in the box with the cam, then ring comp cams and tell them you didn't get one and they'll send you out about three. How hard is that?

Dan, I had a look, but no joy sorry. I've got plenty stuck to my toolbox, workbench and under the bonnet of my car though...:hide:

Tomorrow night is fine, I should be home after 5pm. I also checked with my cousin and he doesn't have any Comp cam stickers left. He has a whole box of stickers but no Comp's. If you had put in a Crane cam I could have given you the one that cam with mine.

I just realised I have Comp springs. I will check to see if they came with a Comp sticker.

Found some. The one closest to the 50c piece has a small oil smear/stain as they have been in the comp springs case with my old springs, but the other is perfect. Are these ok or did you have a particular size in mind?

You can have them both if you like.

I found my stickers wrapped up in the "instructions" sheet for my valve springs.

havent had a defect for years as i dont advertise to the police with stickers of my mods to my car hope the sticker when you get it brings you all the attention your looking for

Take out your hand and slap yourself in the face until you knock some sense into your head.

If Dan wants to put a sticker on HIS car that is HIS decision.

I Don't think a comp cams sticker is going to see him pulled over by every single police officer that sees it.

Personally on my rear window i have a large Mad Racing and also a Medium sized Retrotuner sticker. On the side window i have a track chat .com.au sticker. I have NEVER been pulled over for a police inspection in the last 2 years and i frequently drive through areas where police are targeting defective vehicles. I have always been waived through these police checks and my cam is quite a bit larger than Dans.

As for stickers i have one from me to you

Cause after reading your childish posts I would have to say you are one of the biggest around! Remember your the one that came into a thread where a mate of mine was asking for help for a sticker that he has been unable to track down even though he asked around at a few performance shops where he could get one. You started carrying on like a child with your idiotic remarks directed towards him for no reason other than to be a smartass. Hopefully one day when you post on here looking for a little help someone offers you the same kindness.

On a lighter note Dan dropped by tonight to pick up the stickers he was after so this thread did have a positive outcome. Maybe you'll realise your acting like a child and grow up and that'll be 2 positives that come out of this thread.
