Can someone tell me how long it should take Holden to order a new Sunroof glass, onyx dash and rear door trim?

Depends whether the parts are in stock at the local distributing dealer (I think Eagers up there) or whether they have to come from the HSPO warehouse at Dandenong (Vic). If they have to come from HSPO it then could be a couple of days by the time the order is processed, loaded on the truck, arrived in Qld, sent to your dealer (if not Eagers) and is unpacked ready for you.

If you are very unlucky HSPO won't have stock and then it's a case of how long is a piece of string!! :( Could be days, could be months, particularly if it comes from a supplier who (as some have) have gone out of business recently. I would think the sunroof glass shouldn't be a problem there as they come from Webasto I believe. From memory Holden also now make their own dashboards in Elizabeth, so that shouldn't be a problem. If so that will probably go direct from there to Qld.

Have just had an email response. They have a dash on order and are waiting for it to arrive
