what is it with some people on here that want to post and then delete it afterwards before the responder can respond?:flipoff:
here's an idea:idea: if you are going to post something and take the time and effort to type it why not leave it on for others on different time frames to respond to?:kapow:
if you have the courage of your own conviction to go to the effort- don't gutto out and remove it before the person you are slagging has a chance to reply.:limpy:
maybe it's time the mods fixed it up- if you post it can only be editted or something like that....
we know you post as the subscribed thread sends and email stating so....:kapow: :limpy:

John,
The way I see it is if we do not allow users to delete there posts they will always be able to jump back in and edit it.
We used to have a setting whereas after 60 min's a post could not be edited anymore, but we have now switched that off.

I don't know what the answer is Fabian....all I know is that it is gutless and piss weak:spew:
Maybe if the "serial renegers" were banned for a period it would help..................
"two things in life can never come back; the spent arrow and the missed opportunity" (JusticeR8- my nanna told me that one!! :D )
have to add a new line- "unless you are some sort of piss weak Internet Forum junky." -then you can delete it when you realise what F#$%wit you have made of yourself.........:flamin:

If anyone sees a flaming post then these posts should always in "Reported to a Moderator"
It makes it alot hard for us to see one side of the story. Instead of flaming back report it....makes life alot easier for us to control.
Plus the more we see the repeating offenders the easier it is for us to ban etc.

I didn't even know that posts could be deleted by the authors! But then, I'm not a junkie..
But I've noticed that some posts are deleted quick smart - one that I posted criticising a qld registered Monaro driver who sprayed my pride and joy with rocks during a stupid overtaking manouvre, denting my bonnet, a coupla weeks back didn't seem to last long...!

Things like this should be taken to PM's. Thats what we have the function for.... we dont all need to hear about it
Please email moderators (http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/sendmessage.php) in future if you have a problem with things like this...
