hi guys, just a bit more detail than search threads discuss. Is it easy and quick to remove the bumper? Once i'v remove the screws in which direction do i pull the bumper to remove it?

there are screws on the sides near the wheels, and then up top, and sometimes behind the number plate, then you push the bar forward on either side.
careful if you have fogs

before you "push the bar forward" pull out the sides, there are tabs where it kinda locks in and then should come off very easily..

screws: there are 3 in each wheel arch, 1 at the top of the bumper, one at he bottom and one underneath. = 6 total
take number plate off there are 2 behind that
+ 3 on top of the bumper in the engine bay
=11 total screws
with one hand push the bumper right under the headlight in(pushing bumper towards the back) with your other hand reach into the wheel arch atthe top of the bumper and pull straight out.
let hang there repeat for other side then gentlely pull the front bar forwards
unclip foggies if you have them

Ok guys, that sheds some more light on the situation. Do you think it's possible to do it alone with one person, without damaging anything?

yep easy, if you have a small/stubby phillips head screw driver you dont even need to jack the car up just turn the wheels full lock. i can have mine off by myslef in about 5-10mins, no damage.
