Whats the rating on the pump mate? how much current does it draw at what Volts?
I reccommend running it on its own circuit and relay. Set to turn on when you fire the ignition. Also probably not such a silly idea to have a bypass switch so when your at the drags you can run it with the engine off to bring down temps quicker. I can quickly draw up a sketch of how I would wire it if you give me 5mins

ACtually scratch the way Ive done the bypass that would liven up your accesories. You would need another relay and so forth. One minute
Ok thats fixed now

Well relay size comes down to the amps required by the EWP. Ithink there is some spare spots in the relay rail on the car so it can all look pretty factory. Remember you will need to fuse the the control circuit and the power circuit.
Control being the power through the coils, and the power circuit being the +12 continuous being supplied to the contacts.
Relay Info Page (http://www.traxide.com.au/Relay_Info.html)
Have a read through that. There is some decent info in there.
Also say your EWP pulls a constant 10 amps for arguments sake. I would use a 20amp rated relay and wiring to suit.
Dick smith or autobarn or supacheap or whatever sell everything you will need. Something along the lines of 2.5mm˛ for you wiring should be heaps.
