Changing the knock sensors today and when retensioning the manifold bolts the "torque wrench" decided not to do its job.

HENCE: 1 x snapped manifold bolt in the driver's side head.

Thanks f*ck for "easy outs" but none the less ... I now need 1 or 2 manifold bolts to replace the snapped stud.

If anyone can help me ... please call me on 0402 836358.

I'm locatd in Newcastle and I'm happy to come and collect tomorrow (if possible).

Cheers

Well it didn't ... they're only pissy soft bolts.

The stud that snapped was easily drilled (thank f*ck) with a cheap cordless drill that was 1/2 flat.

Anyway ... never mind and cheers for the replies.

I'll order some from Holden Monday and should have them by Tues.

Then to do a take 2 (crosses fingers) and refit everything plus all the LPG shit. :banghead:

Thanks MODS ... please close.
