Hi All.
I have posted this several times before with no bites but was hoping a few may be interested.
A friend of mine off another holden forum has organized a track day for the 31st of this month at oran park raceway.
Now Im sure most of you are aware that Oran park is going to turn into just another suburb in 2011 and this will prob be one of the last chance to drie on the track.
Now the price will be $250 and this ill include 10 - 15 min intervals on the track every hour between 8 am and 3 pm.
There will be a professional photographer who will be taking photos of everyones cars and you will get at minimum 10 shots of your car going around the track and the CD will be given to you for you to do as you wish.
Now due to the fact that we have had a few people pull out last min we really need just a few more people to even the money out, the day will go ahead regardless but the person organizing does not want to be out of pocket just for trying to do the right thing.
If anyone is interested or has any questions please let me know as soon as possible and I hope to see a few people put there hands up.
It will be a great day and there will be a good mix of cars there aswell, so no one will feel out of place.
Its gonna be a great day and surely something that you will remember.
Cheers
Andrew

I'm interested in coming along for the day, but my CAMS LS2 license has expired and I've been a bit lax in getting a doctors cert to get it renewed.
Is a standard drivers iicense OK for the day?

Yes a drivers license is fine.
Just to clarify its just a track day so not racing each other and no timing, It just driving our cars as hard as we like around the track.
If you want any further info please let me Know and i will help you out.

All you need for the day is a valid drivers license (p plates are fine ) long sleeve shirt and full length pants and your car you dont need any special licenses and you dont need to have completed any courses
