k & n cold air intake....

i have for sale cold air intake for mafless tune (may be able to use on non mafless tune if ya can fit air flow meter in somewhere).
it has a k & n air filter which sits in a custom made box that sits behind the left headlight and sucks the air from in front of the wheel.
looking for round $150 plus postage.
