Will 9.5" wide VE R8 wheels fit a WM Caprice ?

Hi Everyone,
Im just about to buy some 19" VE R8 wheels for my WM Caprice. Will the rear 9.5" with 275 Tyres fit inside the guards? Im just wondering if the 30mm extra on the wheels is on the inboard side and therefore wont cause a problem

Steve, I'd be pretty sure they will fit due to the offset. I have 20" rims (not GTS) on the rear of my VE with 275 tyres and they are OK unless I have people in the back (because my car is quite low with King SSL springs). I'm pretty sure the VE and WM have the same set up with wheel arches etc so it should be OK.

PS My car has also had the guards rolled but I don't think the offset on my rims is as favourable as the HSV rims. As long as you don't go too low I think you'll be OK.
