Well can you believe that the Carline Mufflers Powercruise is back for it's FIFTH show at the "Creek" from Thursday 26th February to Sunday March 1st and it just continues to get bigger and bigger!!
This year, for the first time in Sydney, Eastern Creek Raceway will see the ARMY boys out and about so you'll be able to line your LS1's up in anger against ARMYGEDDON and see if you can put the supercharged 7 litre Landy away but just remember, it's got 4 rear wheels to hook up with so make sure you've got enough HP if you wanna run them...
ELVIS will be back again to try and beat Trent Smith's Powerskid record of 550m from last year and from what I've heard, they're actually going to start them from way back where the drag startline used to be just so they get an extra few meters of blacktop to fryem on.
To try and cut down waiting time in the marshalling area (remembering that the Sydney event is the BIGGEST of all Powercruise's) THIS year, the gate to the track will be opening on the "Grandstand side" as well so if you're pitted up in the camping area, you'll be able to slip down behind the grandstand and queue up there instead of driving all the way around to line up on the skid pad.
There's going to be plenty more Entertainment & Car Displays over behind the Grandstand PLUS the Powercruise Main Stage and Dyno will be there as well...
ALL Spectators will be entering on the southern side at GATE 4 and yes there is FREE parking inside Eastern Creek Raceway on the topside of the grandstand for spectators cars so they are not out on the street...
