ok

so.

i dont know how it happened, im guessing mate had a key in his jeans pocket or something. we didnt notice it untill just then when i got in.

but anyway, you can see the size, and its ripped through.

oval shape.

now, a few things.....

what would it cost to repair it? can i do anything else?

i was thinking of sewing ss badges onto it, or something...i.e 4 badgs on each seat, in the middle, but not with gaps in it like the back rest badges... i reckon would look pretty cool :)

any ideas would be appreciated and costs involved :)

cheers

p.s im sad :(

replace it mate, this badge idea will look tacky and you will cringe every time you get in and end up replacing it anyway, bite the bullet unfortunantly. Your mate owes you some beers now for sure

There are places that can repair just the small tear without you being able to really notice it. Not sure on a specific place, but I've seen 1 or 2 that do it.

EDIT:
Here's one that have businesses in 5 cities, including Melbourne..

Look on the net for The Chair Doctor around altona. He has repaired a couple of leather lounge suite for us in the industry. Dont know if he would do a car, but worth a call. Normally stings us around the $100-150 mark for a holed leather couch/chair.
