Would like a bit more V8 burble from my caprice, but definitely don't want droning. I would love some recommendations.

Best advice I could give is have a listen to some exhausts so you can find the right note for your car.

Knowing the Caprice you maybe looking for one of the best systems......I have a 3" xforce but its a bit loud for a Caprice......maybe F1 would be good.

I have a 3 inch xforce system with varex mufflers, it was perfect for my calais and the missus, it can be very loud or almost stock sounding with the press of a button, no drone when closed.

How did you find the power increase compared to what others have gained with the normal 3 inch x force system? more, less or the same?

Hi Mate, cant really comment for sure as i have not had the car dynoed, however the power increase is noticeable, but i would assume it is the same. but if you are worried about drone and dont have enough money to spend on a custom exhaust i would reccommend getting the full xforce kit headers cats and catback. pm me if you have any other questions
