Which way does the track run?...it kinda looks like it runs North to South

Yep it's North to South.

That should keep the sun of of the eye's and the air will get colder in the top end. ;)

looks like its gonna be similar to how the Plex is here in the west.

Is it a copy or just real similar design?:stupid:

Take a look at any of the US tracks on the NHRA coverage, they are all built like this and the Perth Plex.

You won't have to measure the colder air because the much hotter air at the start line should even things out. :yup:

but hang on what if the finish line is higher and closer to the sun at day time, will this make it hotter ?
