Changing Oil on Holden VE

Hi all,

I was looking around my Calais VE V6 trying to find the sump plug and the oil filter and for the life of me I could not find either!

Does anyone know or have instructions for changing oil on a VE?

if you cant locate the sump plug & oil filter you shouldnt be changing the oil....

Thanks... I have changed the oil on other cars so I know how to change oil. The point here is I cant find it - so I was asking if there are some covers covering the filter, etc...

I was told you can exchange the radiator water for oil, it will soon reach your internals.... :1peek:

lol, yea i dont think you should try it, did you even look at the sump? its a 13mm on the passenger side.. and the oil filter is a cartridge type and its under the passenger engine cover. 24mm.. 6.7L oil...
