Hello Pedders...anyone there...hello...

Guys, I am submitted an enquiry through your web-site last weekend and in response I have received...nothing.

Simply, are you (a) interested in responding to enquiries (sales) through your web site, or (b) would you rather that enquires be issued through LS1 or (c) would you rather not be bothered by us at all?

Cheers, TB

I for one dont ever rely on internet enquiries. Unless I have a direct email address I have had corespondance with in the past I pick up the dog'n'bone a speak in person.

These guys probably check there enquiries once a week or similar.

That's a fair point Rob but if businesses can't be farked answering email enquiries then imo they shouldn't have an email addy in the first place!

When you say last weekend, do you mean Easter long weekend. If thats the case they wouldnt have reopenned till Tuesday and it's only Wednesday

Hi tb - scott pedder here - I am on leave at the moment but had your post come through - apologies for missing your website enquiry. Would it be possible for you to resend it through to marketing@pedders.com.au so I can personally make sure you get the right "no bull" response. In terms of our commitment to ls1 we tend not to do things by halves so expect some great things from us for the ls1 forum and its members in the future - that is of course on top of our already incredible products. Thanks for your post - I look forward to your email - pls make sure you make reference to ls1 when you email so I know who it is! Cheers scott pedder.

Yes, but jeepers wasn't I surprised when Greg at VCM responded to me on both Easter Sunday and Monday - now that is going above and beyond the call. In any case, I would have thought that two working days is sufficient for a company to get back to one's enquiry submited through their web-site. Like Wombie said (to summarise), if you are going to have a 'Contact Us' tab, then you ought to monitor and action the bloody thing.

Scott, thank you for the undertaking - genuinely appreciated. I'll be in touch but just to be sure, for future reference for myself and others here, is it best to fire enquiries to your company via your website or through LS1?

Cheers, TB
