good wheel repairer??

recently ive had a disagreement with a bluestone gutter in carlton and unfortunetly my rear passenger side wheel came off second best now either i buy a whole new rim and be more careful or i get the last one repaired..

i have a few questions,
1. can u tell that the rim has been damaged before?? and how bad..
2. how much is it roughly?? the rim has 3 seperate marks on it... damn ****in bluestones!!!:flipoff:
3. where abouts is the shop u recommend?? would prefer one NW side of melb, but will travel around melb for a good repairer..
