People may want to know how many KM on the clock.
I know you may need to drop it back into the 20's to sell it that quick. It's a nice car but you can get more for that much.

I am in the Auto industrie and am aware of monaro prices from VIC, SYD and QLD generally most vehicle's are cheaper in VIC compared to QLD, as it sits on carsales.com and other web sites it is priced within the range it should be.
if you are looking for vy clubbies thats fine this is not a VY clubbie, if you know anybody looking at CV8's let me know as I am happy to look at any genuine offers on the table.
thanks for the comments anyway
150,000 highway kms on the clock but the car has lots of new gear fitted
all fluids changed every 5,000km
Looking at Monaro's honestly yours is well overpriced & the mods will turn off a lot of general buyers to. I was in a similar situation as i recently sold My 02 Delft blue Monaro with around 40thou less klms to you tried at $28500 with mods & rwc. no takers at all
sold off a few bits (brakes, rims, otr & so on) & sold car minus the rwc & in total got just shy of just $28000 ($23500 for the car & the rest the bits i sold) that way & had a bit more interest more std & at a lower price

My daughter was looking for a decent manual Monaro from Sept last year before deciding given she was now thinking of buying a house she needed to spend less on a car than she originally planned so bought a VY2 SS.
While she was looking I was keeping a spreadsheet of all the M6 Monaros listed on Carsales under $30k from late September to early Feb and from tracking those which disappeared from there (either sold or withdrawn from sale due to no interest) and those that remained for sale for months on end I offer the following comments:
a) all your mods are worth $0 unless you happen to fluke somebody looking for precisely that level of mods as a starting point on their own car. In fact such mods will usually scare 95% of buyers off, so you are looking at a very limited market.
b) Ignoring your mods, from what I have seen in order to sell a 150,000+km 2002 Monaro you will need to drop your price to around $23k - $24k as you are waaaaaaaaay over market price at the moment for such a high mileage 02 CV8.
c) I had a contact in the industry up there who told me good, clean A4 CV8s were wholesaling up there for around $18k, sometimes less. Add maybe $2k for M6 as they are less often for sale and more popular.
PM me your email addy if you want me to email you a copy of my spreadsheet but FWIW and as painful as it may be to accept with a car you have invested so much in I think you'll have to drop the price substantially in order to sell it. I'd also suggest pulling off all your mods, selling them separately and selling the car in stock condition.
