VE Hayman Reece Wiring Loom

Recently, I had 2000kg Hayman Reece towbar fitted to the VE SS. When the guy finsihed installing it, he said I might have trouble with trailers with led lights on them.

I have since bought a boat with led lights on the trailer. Then indicator and brake lights work but when they are not selected, brake lights and indicator lights remain illuminated.

Does anyone know why the wiring loom would cause a problem? Any ideas on how I might fix it short of taking it to an auto electrician?

i know some one that had a porche cayeen and when he fitted led lights to his jetski trailer they wouldn't work but if i remember corectly it was a simple fix by an auto lecy

i will have to check my lights i have led's on my jetski trailer
and i didn't even give it a thought but i have the factory 2,000 kg tow bar package so it might be diferent

OK No worries Kev - looks like it's a trip to the auto electrician then - bugger
