"GM fell 92 percent over the last year and is operating with $13.4 billion in U.S. loans."

I guess their getting off before the ship sinks.

I believe he is what would commonly be called a conspiracy theorist. Having said that I agree with him on many topics so I'm not saying it's a bad thing :p

Fair enough Evman, just don't understand the constant GM bagging on a LS1 website......

I am also in the sh!t if GM collapses so I am not getting any personal satisfaction from this situation. I search for any good news but all I seem to find is more bad news indicating the situation is getting worse, not better. You don't seem to understand the gravity of the situation.

Well if you have nothing nice to say....
Maybe you should be spending this time looking for a new job if all you are finding is bad news?

You would have to wonder how the American SEC would look upon anyone directly associated with GM dumping their shares right before something big happens ... insider trading? Sure, people are entitled to sell off shares if they forecast a drop, but if they have factual inside information others aren't yet aware of and use it to their advantage, then there could be legal issues.
At the end of the day it's a self fulfilling prophecy. People have concerns GM will fail, so they dump all their shares, and because of this, GM fails.

As for these types of threads, I have no issues with people posting up the information, I just don't see the need for a brand new one each time. Having 50+ recent threads about the GM collapse is silly.

same thing for the economy. it will fail, it will get worse generates panic and it does...

maybe if someone says GM will recover and make trillions it will.

I understand the gravity of the situation all too well R32, but how does posting all this information on a website help your cause????
If anything it could be making things worse as outlined by others.
