Does anybody know if the $3,000 Holden Card rebate will still be honoured if GM files for Bankruptcy Chapter 11?

At a guess i'd say it should still be ok as the Agreement would more than likely be with GMH Australia not GM America. Dont hold me to it though, just a guess.

I may be wrong but isn't it Westpac that puts up the $3k, not GM? They better bloody honour it as I have mine sitting there waiting to be used.

These offers are subject to change, though doubt the woes from the US would have a big effect. A few years ago GM changed the rebate on most cars from $3000 down to as low s $500 but did give a few months notice. I took advantage of the notice and bought 2 Barinas for $10450 each drive away(after GM rebate), sold em both with 30km on the clock the next week for $12600 each.
