Hi guys just wanna know if any of you guys ever use the injector cleaners, or other fluids from service stations or auto shops and if they do more harm then good.... own a ve GTS and was lookin at them the other day when filling up at servo. Now i know they are not gonna help alot but any type of maintenance to help with clean running, i am all for it. I just dont wanna put it in if its gonna be worse for it then if i avoided them all together....???
Anyway, any help be appreciated.... thanks

Your cars not that old i dont think adding those things to your fuel is going to improve anything. I havent heard anything special about them, except they can clog injectors but perhaps someone with some more info can offer a better opinion

If your running the likes of v-power or ultimate there wound not be really any use as they already contain cleaning agents. On standard 91 octane with long term use a bottle or two wont do any harm.
