6L L98, 6sp Auto 6L70, ECM parts, Question & Help!

Hey mates,

Got a few questions, I hope you (those in the know) can answer.

1) Does anyone have the part numbers ECM & ECM/TCM harness for the Commodores running the L98 6L and six speed auto trannies?

2) Can anyone point me to the best dealer or salvage yard to find/order these same parts?

3) Does anyone know if the ECM in this engine/tranny is an E38 (2 plug in) or E67 (3 plug in)

For #3...

The ECM is an E38 ( 2 plug ) and it manages the Engine only. If you run an auto, then the TCM will depend on the auto being used. The 4 speed auto is a T42 controller and the 6 speed is a T43.

And if you have a 6 speed auto, you already have the TCM hiding inside. :)
