Hey guys,
Sorry about the title didnt really know how to explain this. Painted my VE calipers several months ago and subsequently had to get some paint stripper and as i accidentally sprayed some on the surrounding area. I somehow got some on that black paint around the area where the wheel attaches to the car which it subsequently removed. My question is what type of paint is it and should i get some and respray it. Sorry dont have any piccies at the present time but can get some later.

Thanks for any help

Hi, I can assume you removed the brake calipers before painting them the first time?

You need to find a good heat resitant paint and ensure the surface is
well prepared.. Its totaly up to you if you want to paint them yourself or get someone to respray them? Most car accessory places have this sort of paint..

good luck ;)

thanks for the reply, i painted them myself on the car thats why i got abit of overspray on the surround areas. so the black paint around everything surround them is heat resistant paint is that what your saying?
