Cheap re55's

Hi everybody!

Recently i have been interested in curcuit racing and booked myself in for a track day with mates (most have evo's etc.)
Im looking at getting some second hand/used re55s for my stock 17's because i dont want to spend the coin on brand new ones?
I've heard from mates that some race codes sell half used ones for very dicounted prices. Is this true?
If so where do i get them?
Any info would be appriciated.

Dollenands preston were selling off old stock awhile ago. Like 6-7 year old tyres. No sure if they had any left in the 17s but they are pretty old tyres and that is a long time in storage. They were brand new tyres though and never fitted or used.
Also there is often second hand semislick on e-bay regulary too. Most are nackered but somtimes you get lucky

Spoke to these guys in Vic yesterday, they still have 225/50r16 also a 295/30 r18 I think. But stock is old.
