The auction fees are worth more than the bike!

I really want to email/call and ask questions like:

Does it have a full service history?
How many k's has it done?
Whats the handling like?

I think the only good bits on it are the kickstand and the brake lever!

Yeah Look I'm calling about the bike. I don't want to miss out on it. Have you had any other offers for it?. I can see it's missing some bits like a tail light and an engine and tyres, What would I need to make it roadworthy again? :confused:
