I have a shop manual for VK, I'm not sure which way around the fuse box is in the car .
There are 15 fuses shown, so I guess you are talking fuse 5 or fuse 11. The book says 11 is for rear wiper and washer - a 15 amp fuse, fuse 5 is air con blower 25 amp. I think 5th one from drivers side would be fuse 5. If fuse is blowing and you don't know what runs from it, my question would be what doesn't work - This will tell you what runs via the fuse.

Fuses are 1 - low beam headlamps, 2 - highbeam headlights, 3 - parking lamps and instrument lighting, 4 - fuel pump (5.0 or efi), 5 - aircon blower, 6 -horn and stop lights, 7 - heated rear window, 8 - hazard warning lights, 9 - clock, trip computer, interior illumination, rear compartment and lock, 10 - ignition system, 11 - rear window wiper/ washer, 12 - instruments and trip computer, 13 - wiper/ washer, turn signal, cigar lighter, 14 - radio and power antenna, 15 - heater blower.

fuse 4 is 5 amp in a 5.0 litre (7.5 amp in efi), fuse 5 is 25 amp, fuse 14 is 3 amp or 7.5 amp with tape player. Others are 15 amp.

Hope this helps.
