I have never seen it before. But the test that he was performing was exactly the same as the late night "Infomercials from the 80's-90's" here in the States.

Some of these products have some solids like PTFE (teflon) or like the Dura-lube here actually contained some miracle engine oil wetter. Another is "Zmax" which was found to be corrosive and eats bearings.

Be very cautious about these, and don't believe everything you see.
