quick reply not working

im finding the quick reply function not working. If i click on someones post quick reply it goes in advance edit and quotes their post. WTF i dont want that just want to post a quick reply in the quick reply box.

This will happen if you have Javascript disabled in your browser. Enabling it should fix your problems.

In Firefox you go to Tools > Options > Content > Tick the Enable Java and Enable Javascript checkboxes.

Thanks for the tip, I am having the same trouble at home, just gone to firefox 3.5. Also running windows 7 on a separate drive with IE8 and it's the same, will sort it out tonight. No dramas at work so it was pointing at my pc, now I know where to look.
