very nice, but not a fan of the tail lights.
Awesome ute there.. Clean as you like. I like the lights (bias cause I have the same ones) but I think mask em and then get the edges painted the same colour as the car then they will blend in a little more. That's what I plan on doing.

Good call VXWAGMAN I might look into that, I just dont like it when you paint plastic and you get that edge where the paint stops.
Bags were not that expensive, they were done when the front was lowerd, I don't have a tank, just a compressor so it's a little slow pumping them back up. Probably looking at 3k for the front lowerd and rear bags, including the rolling of the front guards and bending or the rear guards.

Top looking car mate, love the way it sits and the wheels look great. Well done. Not a fan of the tail lights though, each to there own.
Enjoy it.

The only thing im not really a fan of is the chev badges but otherwise it looks pretty nice, i actually think this is the first ute ive seen where those rear LED lights might actually work well :)

Yeah I wasnt sure about the lights, but I think the black and chrome from the rims matches the black and clear in the lights. It will soon be debaged as I am making up a clean billet grill with no badge and will then remove the rear one.

Looks great. I Love the colour. I am toying with the idea of putting those rear lights in my crewman. Just not sure if i want the extra attention from the 50.

Do the cops over there spew over tail lights? I never get hassled or pulled over, just a bit paranoid about all this new emission shit we are dealing with. Does anyone have an average of 24-25L/100kms from normal driving with a 40odd kmph average?

ouch mate, i have a comp cam/bolt on combo and average 14.4 with a 18km/h average.

nah not HoP got those numbers on 2 different dynos, 2 shops have had a crack at tuning it, but am seeking a third and final to get it sorted can't deal with filling up every 200kms

I can't find the specs but off memory it could be a 232/234 or maybe a tad bigger with a 113 lobe seb, I think its just a shit tune.

Cheers for the comments.
I've sold a few pairs now, so unfortunatly you wont be the first. But let me know if you do, there are quiet a few different ways I can do them with regards to machining and engraving and colours. May put some kits on ebay soon.

Cool.
Do they come with the black loom covers as well?
How are they attached?
and last but not least..How much are they without any lettering just plain alloy but with the milled lines through them??

awsome ute mate , love the colour sits really nice,
im also curious about the coil covers let us no wat your after for a set
cheers.
jmb_racing

Yeah can be done with no engraving but those lines are just the machine finish. Loom covers will be supplied in STD Zincalume (which is just coated mildsteel) and has a white finish ready for painting, they can also be done in ali or stainless steel. The whole lot bolts down to 3 threaded posts supplied and they screw into the STD rocker cover. Prices will be around the $400 mark for a pair.
Essentially your getting the billet rocker cover and hidden coil look without having to spend big dollars on machining up nice billet rocker covers which in turn become pretty much hidden if you hide the coils.

Nothing major at the moment, im currently making up a billet grille to replace the chev one and then I will loose the chev off the back and possibly make a little billet JMB badge. Currently fitting a duspeed OTR, making a slight change to the exhaust and getting a new tune.
I'll see how I feel after that, might put some brakes on it and a new clutch.
Cheers
