put a ls3 into vz exec wgn

I need to know how hard it would be to put a ls3 into my vz wagon alloytech six auto.

i have a friend who just totalled his 08 maloo auto and I'm thinking of helping him out and buy the wreck off him.

So has anyone done anything like this in the past, or planning to do it?

Any info would be greaty apprieciated.

I would say MASSIVE job depending on your skill level and budget, you will have to change diff,engine,box,tailshaft,crossmember,mounts,zorst ,wiring,radiator,trans cooler,brakes, and probably a whole heap more I havent thought of yet. Its not a one day conversion and will cost you a packet even if you have all the parts[which you wont] for a workshop to do. would be a lot easier and maybe work out cheaper to sell the wagon and buy a v8 one.Depending on damaged parts on the maloo and what you will pay for it I would say dont bother.Nothing will be a straight bolt up thing and small modifications will be required to everything, I would say maybe to a vz maloo but a ve would be a different story. I havent attempted this before so maybe I am wrong as its all guesstimates.
