Mine:

1995 EF xr8 5 speed. torquey as all hell. Only lasted 1 week before the motor was pulled and stripped with intentions of afr165 alloys, crane cam, big TB MAF and manifold etc. Bought the SS 2 weeks after i started and promptly dropped a stock motor in it haha. Had exhaust, shocks, springs and swaybars. out handles the ute by far just a little on the gutless side.

This was when the man himself sat in the car and in original form.
Later mods included 17" Momo Status Rims. 4 Piston Brembo brakes.Engine and exhaust work. Had a great note.

VT Clubsport 5L Manual Lowered, Limo Tint (on taillights too) and Twin 2.5" with 2 hotdogs dumped at diff. Very loud and probably not the best car to hav while on p's (bought when i was 17)

my first v8 was a 74 hq premier wagon 253 4 speed
puchased in 1980
almost bought a 308 4 speed lj torana it was a wicked beast for its day
would spin in 4th just by mashing the pedal on dry bitchy
not sure how long i would have lasted with that

Mine was a 1996 VSII BT1 Pack.
I was lucky enough to order the original SIK-BT1 plates which at the time loved and suited the car.

Ex-highway patrol car and never let me down in all those years I had it except the clutch.

It sounded awesome and had a nice lope at idle.
Got a few comments in the day and will remain in my memory forever.

Loved this car and miss it still in a way. Cammed 5.0l V8 and manual.
I owned it from 1997 until I bought my first LS1 in early 2004 and only had 110,000 kms when I sold her.
