I know i shouldn't have done it but unfortunately i did. Took my car in for a service at Kirrawee and even though she runs fine there is a funny noise when i start her up and a little rattle which wasn't there before. Serves me right in a way for not reading a few posts here on which dealership not to take you car to...

Anyway, i need to take my car somewhere else. A couple of mates take their cars to Marrano's but both of their vehicles are modified. Was thinking about putting an otrcai as i have been told that they allow for better breathing but get a little confused about the addition of maf or mafless.

Could i ask kindly for a novice's explanaition of these terms?

Thanks

mmm many moons ago kirrawee was using magnatec...

Sams performance might be a bit closer for you, bit of a hike to marranos from the shire... or closer still is CV performance at Taren point, but I've not been there yet so can't say much but they have been around a while just recently moved there. been going to drop in for a look but keep forgetting. a good place close by would be handy to have i guess...maybe some other can say what the service is like...
