high performance spark plugs

hi was wondering if anyone had any info on high performance spark plugs, i want to get quality plugs which are good for 400hp ls1 any help would be great

A friend of mine told me some interesting things about spark plugs. The "hi-performance" plugs will have a smaller iridium or platinum tip, the only thing hi performance about them is they will last longer!
Thats it! not more power, just the power will last for longer between changes!

Depends what heads and CR you are running..... not as straight forward as first thought when chasing every last drop of power......
