Hi,

What are the differences in your Sports Ryder Springs compared to Touring Springs. I am wanting to lower my VY SS sedan, keeping the standard FE2 shocks. Is there any difference in height? ride? cost? etc

Thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt,

Pedders Touring Springs, are built to industry standards (thus less than Pedders premium Sports Ryder range) and priced for the performance motorist on a budget.

Pedders Touring Springs are built to QS9001 standards the same as all our coils though they may differ in design and specification to their Sports Ryder counterparts.(EG: the Sports Ryder rear coils on your car are made with tapered wire while the Touring coils are a constant diameter wire.) The ride heights generally fall within a 10mm variance to our Sports Ryders.

The pricing difference varies from part number to part number as Touring coils are generally around the $150 a pair RRP mark and the Sport Ryders can vary from around $180 to over $200 a pair RRP.

You need to decide if you are after premium or budget suspension for your car and then call into your local Pedders Store to ensure you have accurate pricing and availability details on the products your require.
