Rear End Skipping/Jumping on my VZ SS

Hey Guys,
A bit of a hard one to explain, but sometimes when I brake traction the ass end skips a bit. It's only when I dont fully tramp it. If I slowly take off but give it enough to brake traction the rear tyres jump. If I fully plant it then it just lights up, no problems.

Anyone had this before on their Ute?

I'm thinking maybe something in the rear end is broken.

Sounds like your regular everyday axle tramp to me.
When you fully boot it, the tyres have no chance to grip, so they just spin.
When you half boot it, the tyres keep trying to grip, so you get axle tramp.
Plenty of threads around on ways to try and deal with this.
The obvious way is not to do so many burnouts...:hide:
