Im sure this would have been discussed however i cant seem to find it.
So from a new comer to this website and someone who has very little mechanical knowledge..can you please explain why Dynos produce different readings for the same vehicles?
Is it because the Dyno operators do not have their equipment calibrated? or is it like a ladies fashion stores where all clothing is labelled 1 x size lower than the actual size for the whole feel good factor.
Do certain Dyno operators jig their Dynos so that good results can be had by all?
After all the type of energy being measured is the same, the thing producing the energy is the same...yet i see quite a few fleeing comments like find a Dyno that will give you the slip that your after.
This just has me a little curious
Cheers
