Just a side note just make sure you get the right sort of dyno to suit the car. For example the AWD dyno in Darwin would of potentially destroyed the gearbox if Chipmaster did not advise dont use that sort.
I can not help you with what sort to use but just a note that is all. Several guys have put their AWD on dynos so they will help and from reading dont expect the same numbers compared to rwd cars with the same mods. There was a full weight 10 second coupe 4 that just cracked 300awkw. Just to give you a idea thats all.

I dont know of one in perth , there are 4WD DYNOS around Perth but if you use one make sure they have a constant split program installed that is suitable for the Holden system , not all 4 WD split systems are the same , both mainline and Dyno Dynamics have such programs BUT they dont come std with the dyno usually and if the owner hasnt purchased them you may find there are issues with the transfer case.

Xspeed in O'Connor have an AWD Dyno Dynamics.
Recently had our Turbo AWD Territory there.

Dan,

Our dyno's have, and only need 1 mode for testing AWD vehicles, we maintain identical road speed of each dyno bed, just like driving down the road, so no funny things happen.....We don't sting our users for functions that should be standard on AWD Dyno's.

There are 3 Mainline Dynolog AWD dyno's in Perth:
Maximum Motorsports
Racetorque Engineering
Bill Lee Automotive

I know Maximum and Bill Lee have previously tested Cross 8's.

Thats the beauty of the Mainline AWD dyno. We have recently had ours installed and been deeply impressed with its flexibility. No special software modes, no tricky setup, just drive on and the software takes care of the rest. In a short time we have tested this with - R35 GTR, XUV, X8, R32 GTR, EVO X, STi, all perfect and seamless....letting the operator (me) get on with the job of tuning. The damn thing even graphs the drive torque split, which is 'uber cool' for the AWD train spotters :)
